Shipping Policy

We ship to all 50 states and internationally.

To guarantee the timely delivery of your package, it's crucial to ensure the accuracy of your shipping address. Please verify that all details, including abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information if applicable, are entered correctly. We cannot be held liable for packages that are lost, misplaced, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccuracies in the provided address during the purchasing process. Shipments addressed to PO Boxes will be sent through USPS, but please note that expedited shipping is not an option for PO Box deliveries. We retain the right to switch carriers as necessary.

Processing time

Please note that all orders are subject to a processing period, which is separate from the time your order spends with the shipping carrier. Standard domestic and international orders may require 1-3 business days for processing before they are shipped out, excluding weekends and holidays.

International Shipping Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout and MUST be paid in advance (prior to leaving our facility for shipping).

Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the local government and determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a system adopted and used by the local government.

The amount of applicable duty, tariffs and taxes will vary based on the product ordered and the specific rates set by the local government. With UPS i-parcel DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), UPS i-Parcel will collect the amount of any applicable import duties and taxes during checkout. No extra fees will need to be paid when your order is delivered.

Shipping promotion

Orders over $99 qualify for complimentary standard shipping, automatically applied at checkout. Presently, this offer is exclusive to the contiguous 48 states within the US.

Holidays

Please be aware that shipment delivery times may be affected by holidays observed by shipping carriers. It is the customer's responsibility to stay informed about these holidays and consider them when estimating transit times. We are not liable for missed delivery dates due to holidays or inclement weather.
